You will never enter a Rochester Lettings property that isn't stylishly and appropriately dressed with blinds or curtains, light fittings, hard wood floors or carpets and a good standard of decoration. Each property is professionally deep cleaned before you move in and any problems (rare though they may be!) are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

New tenants will be given an 'out-of-hours' number to call in case of an emergency.
