The service starts at £150 (which is then refundable if you let your property through us) and we will source appropriate flats and houses fitting your exact needs. Viewing up to 8 properties on your behalf, we will compile a short list and then arrange for you to view them at your convenience.

Filling in an online questionnaire means we can effectively do all the work for you and keep in regular contact throughout the whole process. No longer will you need to make endless trips to see properties that turn out to be unsuitable. We work with several local mortgage specialists and can recommend consultants and organise appointments.

Investing in the right property can take longer than expected and whilst we will dedicate time and resources to fulfilling your needs, we will not take any shortcuts to make up a shortlist in record time. We aim to take some of the stress out of investment, not add to it!
